DEFINITIONS

  • Anticrista: Commercial name of ANTICRISTA®, service derived from ANTICRISTA CORP.
  • Buyer: Any person who makes use of the Website of www.ANTICRISTA.com with the purpose of acquiring goods and / or services online.
  • Store: Website where products and services are purchased.
  • Product: Good or service that the buyer acquires when making a purchase on the website.
  • Order number: Numerical combination that identifies the transaction that the buyer makes in the store. It is necessary for any clarification or doubt.
  • Postal service: Brand that is responsible for sending the products to the address requested by the buyer.
  • Postal Guide: Official certificate for the postal service that contains the details of the address of the buyer.
  • Tracking number: Numeric combination that indicates the status and trip of the package.
  • Attention or service to customers: Free service via messages, whatsapp or by messenger, which ANTICRISTA® provides the buyer to answer any questions or solve any problem.
  • Return of the product: Action in which a buyer returns the purchase to the store for any incident.
  • Replacement of the product: Replacement action of a product in charge of the store for any incident.
  • Refund of amount: Action to refund the cost of a product to the buyer's account for any incident.
  • Business Day: Work days during which the online store develops customer service activity, clarifications, shipments and cancellations. The period is: Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and Saturdays from 9am to 2pm.

CHARGEBACKS

In case of submitting a claim for unrecognized charge to the credit or debit card of the buyer, ANTICRISTA® reserves the right to initiate the corresponding legal action by contributing to the Public Ministry or the Financial Institution to carry out the preliminary investigation for the crime that be available. Likewise ANTICRISTA® will take the necessary measures to recover or avoid the shipment of the products.

In case of suspecting a possible chargeback by the buyer, ANTICRISTA® can request the necessary information to confirm the veracity of the data provided in the order. In case of denying the information or presenting it in a false way, ANTICRISTA® can make the decision not to send and cancel the order.

SHIPPING

  • The buyer will be provided with the tracking number after the order is delivered to the postal service.

NATIONAL SHIPPING (MEXICO).

The delivery time of the product by the postal service starts from the confirmation of receipt of the order through our system. To make the delivery of the product at the address registered by the buyer will be required to meet the person is identified with an official document (ID, passport, etc), either the owner of the order or a relative or person assigned by the owner. The postal service staff can make a digital capture of the data shown in the identification to generate the corresponding file.

The buyer can select three types of shipments:

(Debido a la actual pandemia de COVID-19 es posible que el envío tome 3 o más días hábiles en llegar.)

ANTICRISTA® reserves the right to suspend or cancel the shipping process to the buyer when the following are breached:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (ALL COUNTRIES EXCEPT MEXICO)

The delivery time of the product by the postal service begins upon receipt of the order through our system. The buyer can select two types of shipments:

  • International Standard: International transit time takes 15 to 30 business days.
    • The client will have to pay attention to his nearest post office after the waiting period since sometimes the packages can not be delivered to the indicated address.
    • If after 25 business days the buyer does not receive your order and is not at the local post office, you can contact help@anticrista.com to request a replacement.
  • Express International (only for the United States): International transit time takes 3 to 5 business days.

NACIONAL CHANGES (JUST FORM MEXICO)

It only applies to change the size of the same product. The return and reshipment guides would cost $ 75 MXN each. If the purchase is greater than $ 999 MXN, the cost of the change is free.

CHANGES FOR WRONG ORDER OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Apply only if the product received is not the one requested or if it presents a manufacturing defect.

  1. Send an email to help@anticrista.com requesting the change, attaching detailed photographs of the product to emphasize the problem it presents.
  2. After the approval of product change, the client will be provided with the corresponding postal guide to wait for the collection of the package at home or be taken to the indicated post office. The customer will take the necessary care to pack the product to guarantee the return to ANTICRISTA® offices in the state in which it was presented in the photographs provided for review. Otherwise, ANTICRISTA® reserves the right to request a repair amount to be able to make the change or the amount equivalent to the one to be returned to the client.
  3. When the product arrives at ANTICRISTA® offices, the corresponding product will be shipped immediately to change the merchandise.

* Important: The manufacturing defect clause does not cover products that have slight variations (1cm-2cm) in the actual measurements in relation to the estimates presented in the size table.

SIZE OR PRODUCT CHANGES

If the requested product was delivered correctly and without manufacturing defects but the customer wants a change in size, color or design, the customer must cover the return shipping costs of the product to the store and the second shipment from the store to the customer.

These expenses will have to be accepted and covered by the client prior to starting the product change process by means of a bank transfer or cash payment at a selected store.

If the requested product was delivered correctly and without manufacturing defects, there will be no change in size or product.

RESHIPMENT OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

The client may request a resend of his order when:

  • The limit time corresponding to the requested shipping method has ended and the customer has not received the product.

The customer must submit the complaint to help@anticrista.com to consider the replacement of lost products. The store will cover the shipping cost that the customer requested when placing the original order.

The request will be approved once ANTICRISTA® has concluded an investigation on the whereabouts of the product with the company in charge of the shipment. This investigation may take from 5 to 10 business days. The reshipment will be made only if the investigation confirms that the customer did not receive the order.

PRODUCT RETURN OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

No products return.

CANCELLATIONS OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

Cancellations are not accepted.

REFUNDS OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PURCHASES

  • A full refund can be requested from help@anticrista.com only if the order is lost a second consecutive time by the postal service or by the courier company. Once the second shipment has been made, the 25 working days of transit must be expected before starting the refund process, which will take from 5 to 10 working days and will be made by deposit to a bank account or PayPal account.

PRICES, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

ANTICRISTA® reserves the right to create and eliminate discounts and promotions at the time and conditions it deems appropriate. Likewise, the prices of products and services may vary according to the company's internal policies, depending on the social, geographical and environmental factors of the places where ANTICRISTA® provides products and services.
